Glopal has developed a feature that enables localized feeds to have additional filters to promote only a subset of products in international countries.

The filters are like rules (as seen in most feed management tools) that can be applied to most of the item attributes (title, description, price, brand, product type, gender, size, custom label, etc.) and can be set up for all the countries (globally) or per country.
