By default, Glopal will trigger operational emails to buyers. Email will include your name and logo, correct amounts in the buyer's currency, and will be localized matching the buyer's language.
As an alternative to using Glopal Operational Emails, it is possible to integrate with Order API, and use to send custom emails that can still be localized by Glopal.
After the order is successfully created in your eCommerce system, the buyer will receive an order confirmation email with the details of the ordered items.
When the order is canceled and/or refunded, the buyer will be notified about it via email.
