Allowlisting Glopal IPs

This section applies to users of Glopal Checkout. If you're looking to identify requests from the Glopal Proxy related to Glopal Localization, see the Identify requests from Glopal under Localization section.

Depending on the enabled feautres, Glopal will make API requests to your store for various purposes such as synchronizing or updating module configuration, pushing orders from Glopal Checkout or supporting Callback Functions.

If your store uses a Web Application Firewall (WAF), there is a high chance that these API requests may be blocked. To ensure uninterrupted service, please consider adding the following Glopal IPs to your allowlist (whitelist) while skipping some or all WAF filtering rules for these requests.

  • 3.125.12.229

  • 3.212.213.71

  • 18.194.182.193

  • 52.4.112.35

  • 52.58.163.33

  • 52.210.90.13

  • 54.72.26.41

  • 54.211.209.74

This will help prevent disruptions and ensure smooth integration between your store and Glopal's services. If needed, consult your WAF provider's documentation for specific allowlisting steps.
