Orders processed via payment gateway offered by Glopal

Glopal uses a secure world-class payment service provider to process all the transactions.

Below are the details of how the money flow looks like:

  • Buyer chooses one of the payment options in the international checkout

  • Glopal receives the payment from the buyer in the buyer's currency

  • Glopal sends the funds in your currency directly to the your bank account in a bi-weekly or monthly payout

You will receive a report accompanying the payout with the following details:

  • Transaction currency. It is a currency buyer paid in.

  • Merchant currency. It is a currency that you will receive your money in.

  • Order creation date. It is the date when the order was pushed to your eCom system.

  • Glopal order id. It is a unique order identifier that was assigned by Glopal when the order was placed. You can use this identifier to find the order in your Glopal Merchant Account.

  • Order number. It is a unique order identifier that was assigned by your eCom platform. You can use this identifier to find the order in your backend.

  • Transaction type. This is to identify whether a particular transaction was paid out already or was refunded.

  • Payout at. A date when the money was sent to your bank account.
